What we do
Payroll systems calculate what they are configured to calculate. The errors come from the collective agreement — premium stacking, on-call minimums, holiday averaging — rules that were never translated correctly into the system. Contract-as-Code transforms those agreements into reviewed, executable rules and validates payroll output against them, alongside platforms like Dayforce, Workday, ADP, UKG, and SAP. We don't replace your payroll system; we make it accountable.
